KVUSA Welcomes New Board Members
Linda Reeves the Vice President of Kids Voting Mesa County is the newest affiliate representative on the Kids Voting USA board. She is replacing Richard Coe, Kids Voting Southeast Pennsylvania Executive Director, and will be serving a three year term. She is a retired American History and Government teacher. “We love Linda’s energy and passion for Kids Voting! We are looking forward to working with her in this capacity,” said Rachel Willis, the Executive Director of Kids Voting USA.
Alex Ross also is joining the national board of directors. Alex is a senior at the University of Kansas. Currently, he is interning for the organization and focusing on the contest, symposium and fund raiser luncheon. Alex has been instrumental in the creation of these activities that celebrate the organization’s 20th anniversary. Diana Carlin stated, “We are so pleased to know that his work with the organization will not end with the symposium in March. He thinks outside the box and brings a young perspective to our discussions.”
